Job summary

NIQ seeks a Director, Product, AI Commerce Analytics & Data Strategy to own the AI and data strategy and supporting architecture for AI Commerce partnerships and product operations. This role establishes standards and approaches that drive data assets into agent‑mediated commerce outcomes.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will translate complex AI concepts for executives, lead cross‑functional collaboration across product, partnerships, and the Commerce Lab, and originate methodologies while

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant digital, technology, or AI experience across e‑commerce, CRM, and AI architecture.
• Working practitioner‑level command of AI platforms, multi‑agent architecture, and knowledge‑base design.
• Proven track record of originating methodologies and transferring them to a standing team.
• Ability to translate technical positioning into partner and product decisions and persuade senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set NIQ’s AI and data strategy for AI Commerce partnerships and products.
• Develop architecture for AI‑driven systems across the portfolio and governance standards.
• Translate technical AI concepts for executive stakeholders and persuade adoption of recommendations.
