Job summary

NIQ is seeking aDirector-level leader to own AI commerce data strategy and architecture, shaping cross-functional approaches and governance. You will drive standards for multi-agent systems, knowledge-based design, and responsible AI tooling, partnering with executives to advance product and partnership priorities.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of relevant digital, technology, or AI experience across e-commerce, CRM and applied AI architecture.
• Command of current AI platforms and techniques including multi-agent architecture and prompt engineering.
• Originating methodologies and standards and transferring them to a standing team.
• Anticipating future technical directions and recommending new concepts ahead of the curve.
• Strong individual contributor who persuades stakeholders without formal authority.
• Ability to translate technical positioning into partnership and product decisions for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate NIQ's AI and data strategy for partnerships and products within the AI Commerce ecosystem.
• Define evolving data architectures, governance, and tooling boundaries for AI-driven systems.
• Translate complex architecture decisions for senior stakeholders and gain buy-in.
• Partner with product and partnerships to align standards with business priorities.
