Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a senior AI transformation leader to scale internal agentic workflows and guide the AI Centre of Excellence. You will own the internal AI tooling roadmap, influence across functions, and partner with executive teams to align AI initiatives with commercial priorities.

You will also shape the external narrative through thought leadership, conferences, and industry engagement while driving measurable impact on delivery quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Senior technical leadership with accountability for AI or technology transformation.
• Experience redesigning internal processes around AI and automation, not just pilots.
• Skilled at diagnosing, planning and sequencing transformation across functions.
• Experience leading a specialist team and influencing across the organisation.
• Executive-level communication to secure sponsorship and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Scale agentic AI workflows into core delivery.
• Own the direction and roadmap for internal AI tooling and applications.
• Evolve governance to balance self-service and CoE-led transformation.
• Lead and grow the AI Centre of Excellence with budget authority.
• Represent internal transformation externally through thought leadership and conferences.
• Define metrics to show the impact of internal AI transformation.
