Version 1 is expanding its AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) with an AI CoE Architect role. You will translate business needs into technical designs, stay hands-on with proofs of concept, and mentor engineers while shaping governance and standards across AI initiatives.

You will collaborate with business and delivery leaders to drive production-ready AI solutions, balancing model choice, data, security and cost considerations in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced in designing production-ready systems.
• Strong grasp of LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation and agentic workflows.
• Cloud, data platforms and integration patterns knowledge.
• Ability to prototype in Python and review others' work.

Responsabilités

• Understand business needs with leaders to map processes and define AI use cases with clear value.
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions covering model choice, data, integration, security and cost.
• Build proofs of concept to test feasibility and guide delivery.
• Guide CoE engineers through build, review designs and resolve trade-offs.
• Create reusable reference architectures and governance patterns for CoE.
• Coach CoE engineers and interns and run AI skills training across the business.
• Stay current with new models and tools and test them for potential adoption.
