Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI/Automation systems in PE or financial services.
• Ability to drive organization-wide change management during large-scale initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering scalable, high-impact AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the internal AI COE of ~20 professionals and set strategic direction.
• Collaborate with deal teams, operations, investor relations, finance, accounting and compliance to automate workflows.
• Oversee end-to-end digital transformation from deal sourcing to exit and fundraising.
