Job summary

CARE seeks an Executive Director of Performance, Analytics and AI in Atlanta to lead analytics and AI adoption for Resource Development. You will drive revenue intelligence, forecasting, and data-driven decision making, partnering with Digital, Finance, and program teams to accelerate CARE USA’s fundraising performance.

The role requires senior leadership in analytics, strong CRM/BI proficiency, and a commitment to ethical AI usage in humanitarian fundraising.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, data science, analytics, finance, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in data analytics, revenue intelligence, or business intelligence, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Demonstrated track record moving an organization from descriptive to predictive analytics with revenue impact.
Experience with NGO fundraising markets (USA preferred).
Proven experience leading AI or technology modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics and AI strategy to drive fundraising growth and revenue forecasting.
Oversee real-time, predictive KPI frameworks and multi-channel analytics.
Partner with Salesforce NPSP/Nonprofit Cloud implementations and data governance.
Translate data into executive-ready narratives for Board/ELT.
Drive AI governance, data ethics, and an AI adoption roadmap.
Lead Gift Processing and Data Integrity teams ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
