The role will drive AI-enabled finance initiatives, manage a lean finance team, and partner with the CFO on audit readiness and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with strong FP&A and accounting experience.
• Experience leading finance, data analytics, and reporting initiatives.
• Proven leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Tableau and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and multi‑year modeling for the organization.
• Own end‑to‑end revenue cycle management and MTM billing processes.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to surface insights for leadership.
• Partner with CFO and cross‑functional teams on policies and processes.
• Support audit readiness and internal controls enhancements.
