Job summary
CARE USA is seeking an Executive Director of Performance, Analytics and AI in Atlanta, GA to lead the analytics, AI adoption, and data governance within the Resource Development function.
In this senior role, you will translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership, oversee FP&A, and collaborate across Digital, Finance, and Program teams to drive revenue growth and impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of Resource Development’s analytics and reporting capability into real-time, predictive KPI frameworks.
- Partner with the Digital and Finance teams to maximize Salesforce NPSP/Agentforce Nonprofit platforms for analytics.
- Develop an AI adoption roadmap and governance to enable smarter fundraising and revenue growth.
