Qualifications

• Master's degree with 0 years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience; OR an Associates degree with 4 years of relevant experience; OR a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience is required
• Must have 1 year of experience in creating Data Visualizations and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Experience with ServiceNow is needed

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and build interactive dashboards and reports for stakeholders
• Gather and synthesize information from subject-matter experts and integrate business context
• Maintain documentation for data sources, KPIs, and analytical processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvement using data to support recommendations
• Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner
