JPMorganChase is seeking a Technical Product Manager for the AI Agents Platform to lead the Agent SDK and MCP SDK, delivering a governed, scalable developer experience across Java, Python, and Go. You’ll own the SDKs, runtime, and governance, unifying tools for enterprise builders and driving adoption across the firm.

• 5+ years in AI product management or related field.
• Experience with AI and agentic products, LLMs.
• Proven ability to manage product life cycle end-to-end.
• Strong analytical skills to measure quality and performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a product strategy and vision for the Agent SDK and MCP SDK.
• Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog for the SDK line across Java, Python, and Go.
• Drive the end-to-end developer experience with starter kits, scaffolding, docs, and self-service tooling.
• Own the MCP SDK roadmap, including a low-code publishing path and template library.
• Drive interoperability with external agent frameworks using MCP and A2A, and enable migrations.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineering to capture customer voice and translate to SDK requirements.
• Track key metrics: adoption, language parity, reliability, developer satisfaction, deployment conversion.
• Own end-to-end delivery and backlog for supporting scrum teams.
• Shape strategy and vision and promote SDK adoption across stakeholders.
