Job summary

WPP Media Limited, in collaboration with Google, seeks a seasoned product and program leader to govern AI agent workflows for a global enterprise account. You will manage intake, approvals, testing, and retirement, driving safe, valuable agent deployments across Google Workspace and Gemini ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, technology, communications, project management, or related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in product management, project management, program management, product operations, or comparable complex operational work.
• Experience managing a product, program, portfolio, roadmap, backlog, or complex cross-functional workstream from planning through delivery.
• Ability to bring structure, prioritization, and accountability to ambiguous environments where processes and operating models are still developing.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leaders, technical teams, subject matter experts, and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the agent roadmap for Google's global account, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic value, user need, business impact, and available resources.
• Establish and manage the end-to-end agent lifecycle, from initial intake and development through approval, launch, testing, maintenance, optimization, and retirement.
• Monitor the agent ecosystem across relevant enterprise AI and workspace environments to understand newly created agents, their purposes, usage, dependencies, and position within broader workflows.
• Inventory, categorize, and rationalize the agent portfolio, identifying duplicate or overlapping solutions and coordinating consolidation, optimization, or retirement where appropriate.
• Coordinate approval processes for agents that use new data sources, application programming interfaces, or comparable system connections, maintaining communication and follow‑through across required stakeholders.
