Job summary

Staker Parson Companies, a CRH company, seeks an experienced Aggregate Quality Manager to lead enterprise quality across its aggregate operations. You will establish testing standards, manage laboratories, and drive continuous improvement to ensure product conformance and customer satisfaction.

You will partner with Operations, Environmental, and Engineering teams to advance quality, safety, and operational excellence, while supporting growth initiatives and strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Geological/Materials Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive aggregate quality, materials engineering, or construction materials experience.
• Deep knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, UDOT and applicable quality standards.
• Demonstrated leadership across multiple operations or locations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Aggregate Quality Management System development and implementation.
• Establish standardized testing procedures and quality metrics across all locations.
• Oversee laboratory operations and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce product variability and improve performance.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams on quality matters.
• Support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and digital quality management efforts.
