Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a visionary Head of Agentic Biology to lead AI‑driven discovery at the CompAI division in Cambridge, MA. You will shape scalable computational biology, integrate multi-omics data, and drive early discovery with agentic AI methods.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team across immunology, oncology, neuroscience and rare diseases, delivering portfolio insights and experimental validation strategies while reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• PhD in AI, ML, immunology, computational biology or related STEM field.
• 5+ years of AI/ML experience in biotech/pharma or academia preferred.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and autonomous workflow orchestration.
• Hands‑on experience with AI for Science tools and platforms in biology.
• Strong track record leading matrix/international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of first‑gen agentic bioinformatics workflows across programs.
• Drive transition to proactive, predictive biological reasoning systems.
• Advance multi‑modal target discovery using diverse data types.
