Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a quantitative field with disease-area experience (immunology, neurology or oncology).
• At least 2 years post-doctoral experience in relevant roles.
• Hands-on ML/AI experience and agentic workflow deployment.
• Deep knowledge of multi-omics/multimodal data analysis with actionable interpretation.
• Track record of productivity and impact (publications or patents).
• Excellent communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Generate hypotheses on targets/pathways driving diseases using multi-omics data.
• Apply established analytical methods to understand disease and drug mechanisms.
• Design agentic workflows to deployment of algorithms and models.
• Lead projects involving internal design and analytics; coordinate external workflows.
• Collaborate with academic, industry and internal partners on method development.
• Lead and contribute to high-profile presentations and publications.
• Mentor interns and junior scientists and foster collaboration.
