Job summary

Sanofi Inc. in Cambridge, MA is seeking a visionary Head of Agentic Biology to lead the CompAI computational biology group.

You will architect enterprise-scale AI-first discovery pipelines, bridging wet-lab data with predictive modeling to accelerate potencies and portfolios. Lead a multidisciplinary team of scientists and ML engineers, shape strategy across immunology, inflammation, oncology, and neuroscience, and drive collaboration with internal partners and external vendors to deliver

Qualifications

• PhD in AI, ML, Immunology, Mathematics, Physics, Biomedical Engineering, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics or closely related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML in biotech, biopharma, or academia preferred.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and autonomous workflow orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of first-generation agentic bioinformatics workflows across therapeutic programs.
• Drive transition to proactive, predictive autonomous biological reasoning systems.
• Translate computational discoveries into experimental validation strategies and target identification.
