Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is partnering with a leading construction company to hire a Director of Accounting & Financial Systems in the San Jose area. This role combines senior accounting leadership with ownership of ERP systems, automation initiatives, and operational reporting.

You will oversee general ledger, close processes, ERP administration, system integrations, and partner with operations and project leadership to improve controls and financial visibility.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Hands-on ERP administration, implementation, or system optimization experience.
• Demonstrated success improving processes through automation and technology.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.

• Lead accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Own ERP administration, system enhancements, integrations, and ongoing optimization.
• Identify opportunities to automate accounting workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Enhance reporting, data integrity, and financial visibility across the organization.
• Partner with accounting, operations, and project leadership to strengthen processes and internal controls.
