Job Details

Lead corporate accounting for a growing, multibillion-dollar organization. Oversee approximately five senior accounting leaders across AP, AR, GL, and other corporate functions while strengthening financial governance and building scalable systems and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop accounting managers, establish performance goals, and guide workforce and succession planning.
  • Oversee consolidated financial statements, management reporting, and complex technical accounting.
  • Lead audit and tax oversight, strengthen internal controls, and ensure appropriate segregation of duties.
  • Oversee corporate accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and Payroll.
  • Partner with FP&A and executive leadership to analyze results and support strategic initiatives.
  • Drive ERP optimization, accounting transformation, and improvements to reporting and workflows.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA required.
  • 15+ years of progressive accounting experience; ideally three or more years in public accounting.
  • Leadership experience within a large, complex organization, ideally $1B+ in revenue.
  • Experience managing accounting leaders who oversee their own teams.
  • Strong technical accounting, consolidated reporting, and internal controls expertise.
  • Proven success leading systems and process improvements; enterprise ERP experience required, Oracle preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Construction or similar industry experience preferred.
Work Arrangement

In-office in San Jose for approximately the first six months, with potential flexibility for two to three work-from-home days per week once established. Relocation assistance may be considered for exceptional candidates.
