Responsibilities

• Own 3PL performance across warehousing and fulfillment.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for service, cost, inventory, and productivity.
• Lead reviews with 3PL leadership and ensure SLA compliance.
• Oversee inventory visibility and reconciliation processes.
• Standardize operating procedures across sites.
• Collaborate with Planning, Finance, and Transportation.
