Job summary

Black Rifle Coffee Company in the United States seeks a Director of Warehouse Operations to lead end-to-end 3PL performance, inventory management, and operational standardization across warehousing networks. You will partner with Planning, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure service, cost, quality, and compliance expectations are met.

This role requires building governance across external partners, establishing KPIs, and driving data integrity, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, or 3PL management.
• Proven experience managing outsourced warehousing or multi-site logistics networks.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control processes, and WMS/ERP systems.
• Demonstrated ability to hold external partners accountable to performance standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to 3PL sites.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day and strategic performance of all 3PL partners across warehousing and fulfillment operations.
• Establish, track, and standardize KPIs across all 3PL sites, including service levels, cost performance, inventory accuracy, and productivity.
• Lead regular performance reviews, audits, and business reviews with 3PL leadership.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and SLAs; drive corrective actions when performance falls short.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for operational, service, or execution issues impacting customers or inventory integrity.
• Oversee accurate, timely inventory execution across all 3PL facilities.
• Drive cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliation processes, and variance investigation standards.
• Improve inventory visibility and system integrity across WMS, ERP, and reporting platforms.
• Drive standardization of operating procedures, reporting, and workflows across all 3PL sites.
• Collaborate with Planning and Finance to validate inventory levels and support financial close.
• Provide executive-ready dashboards highlighting performance trends and risks.
• Foster cross-functional alignment with Supply Chain Planning, Transportation, Customer Service, and Distribution teams
