Job summary

Nixa Public Schools is seeking a dedicated baseball coach to supervise and direct all aspects of the Nixa Youth Baseball program. The role collaborates with High School Varsity coaches to blend fundamental teaching ideas and organizes practice plans and game preparation.

Responsibilities include supervising practices and games, distributing and maintaining gear, ensuring safety, and coordinating with the Activities Director to develop weekly practice schedules and game plans.

Qualifications

• Prior baseball coaching experience preferred.
• Willingness to understand and support the District's Comprehensive School Improvement Plan.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug test that are satisfactory to the Board of Education.
