Job summary

Stanford University is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II (CRCII) to conduct clinical research and independently manage complex studies in neuro-oncology. You will coordinate multiple studies, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance under the CRM and PI supervision.

The role may involve evenings/weekends and on-site work at Stanford. Responsibilities include recruitment, data management, budgeting, and IRB/IND submissions as applicable; you will collaborate with investigators

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of experience in clinical research.
• Experience with HIPAA, FDA regulations and IRB requirements.
• Experience coordinating multiple clinical studies and staff supervision.
• Knowledge of REDCap, Oncore and various EDC systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subject recruitment and study enrollment goals.
• Oversee data management for research projects; develop and manage data systems.
• Develop project schedules, targets, measurements and accountabilities; lead team meetings.
• Formally supervise, train, and mentor staff and students.
