• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years coaching experience.
• Master's degree preferred and must be completed within two academic years.
• Extensive knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and database software applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and conduct in-season practices and competitions.
• Design instructions and teach skills for athletes and teams.
• Recruitment of prospective student-athletes and coordination with assistants.
• Monitor student-athlete academic progress and provide guidance.
• Oversee recruitment campaigns and schedule visits for prospects.
• Attend coaching clinics and contribute to program development.
• Prepare sport budgets and manage travel arrangements.
