• Ability to recruit, fundraise, and manage budgets within a large athletic program.
• Knowledge of NCAA and Ivy League rules; strong communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead all coaching and competitive operations, including practice planning and race prep.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-level lightweight rowers.
• Oversee program administration: scheduling, travel, equipment, budgeting, and compliance.
• Hire and mentor assistant coaches and engage alumni and donors.
