Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years coaching experience; NCAA Division I experience preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit and mentor student‑athletes.

Responsibilities

• Lead coaching and competitive operations for lightweight rowing.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top student‑athletes academically and athletically.
• Oversee budgeting, travel, equipment, and compliance with NCAA and Ivy League rules.
• Hire and mentor assistant coaches; engage alumni and donors in fundraising.
