Our busy automotive repair shop in Mullumbimby is seeking an experienced, motivated head mechanic to take on a key leadership role in the workshop.
You’ll be working across a wide variety of jobs — from general servicing to breakdowns and mechanical collision repairs — alongside a friendly, skilled team that values communication, efficiency, and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For
At least 8 years’ experience in mechanical repairs
Strong diagnostic ability and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work across general servicing, diagnostics, breakdowns, and mechanical collision repairs
Open to mentoring apprentices and junior techs
Must have your own tools
Solid communicator and team player
Reliable, efficient, and takes pride in doing the job right
Must be a permanent resident or have full working rights in Australia (we do not offer visa sponsorship)
