Job summary

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is seeking a Head Mechanic to lead our shop and support the fleet of commercial trucks and heavy-duty vehicles. This hands-on role requires guiding a team, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate maintenance, and train mechanics while maintaining repair logs and service records. Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, with a focus on minimizing downtime and maintaining high safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on commercial truck repair experience.
• Experience supporting or supervising mechanics in a shop environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Maintain a drug-free lifestyle in line with company policy.

• Assist with onboarding, training, and performance support for mechanics.
• Ensure shop safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
• Other duties as assigned

• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required
