Job summary

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is seeking a preventative maintenance mechanic to support our shop operations, ensuring our vehicles stay safe, reliable, and compliant.

You will perform scheduled PM on commercial trucks, maintain PM logs and inspection documentation, and communicate vehicle status with the head mechanic and fleet management. This role also emphasizes safety standards and keeping the shop clean and well-organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or community college courses in automotive technology preferred.
• 2+ years' experience performing preventative maintenance on commercial trucks or heavy-duty vehicles.
• Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and truck components.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required.
• Maintain a drug-free lifestyle (BBD complies with the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act).
