Job summary

Ludico, the new concept from Tribeca Hospitality Group, seeks an experienced Maître D' to lead the opening service and set the hospitality tone.

You will oversee reservations, guest relations, seating, and the flow of the dining room, partnering with managers, the culinary team, and hosts to deliver memorable experiences.

The role requires a polished hospitality leader with emotional intelligence, strong communication, and a passion for guest service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in lead hospitality roles (Maître D'/Lead Host/Reservation Manager) in upscale dining.
• Extensive experience with SevenRooms, Resy, and OpenTable.
• Experience with Toast POS preferred.
• Strong table management, guest relations, and dining room operations.
• Proven ability to build guest loyalty and VIP clientele.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professional hospitality.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, tables, and guest communications.
• Build relationships with regular guests, VIPs, concierges, local businesses, and community members.
• Maintain detailed guest profiles, preferences, special occasions, dietary restrictions, and dining history.
• Oversee seating strategies for satisfaction and efficiency.
• Use SevenRooms, Resy, and OpenTable to manage notes and flow.
• Collaborate with management to ensure smooth operations.
• Address concerns with discretion and urgency.
• Lead by example and foster a hospitality-first culture.
• Support private dining inquiries and large parties.
• Maintain host stand operations and guest focus.
• Drive guest retention and repeat business.
