Job summary

The Little Gym in Newnan, GA is seeking an energetic Coach to lead gymnastics classes using our proven curriculum and teaching method, and to train new instructors in the same approach. You’ll help protect program quality by ensuring classes stay aligned with the franchise model.

You’ll build training plans for new hires, run spotting workshops, manage the front desk, enrollments, and memberships, and deliver outstanding customer service so members feel like family.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching gymnastics or youth programs.
• Ability to lead training sessions and workshops.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach gymnastics classes using our curriculum and teaching method, and train instructors to do the same, ensuring classes align with the franchise model.
• Build and execute training plans for new hires; lead spotting workshops for new hires.
• Operate the front desk when not coaching; manage enrollment and memberships.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience; treat members like family.
• Oversee breadth of programs to ensure high standards of The Little Gym International are met.
• Oversee training and evaluation of fellow team members.
