Job summary

The Little Gym International is seeking energetic instructors to teach classes based on our proven curriculum and method. You will provide outstanding customer service and ensure a top-notch membership experience for families.

You’ll oversee all programs to maintain our high standards and help train and evaluate fellow team members, contributing to a fun, high-energy environment and ongoing career growth.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence preferred.
• Leadership experience helpful for team oversight.
• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus.

• Oversee the training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parentsʼ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.
