Job summary

The Little Gym International in Sterling, VA is seeking an energetic team member to teach classes based on our curriculum and provide exceptional member service. You will engage with families in a fun, high-energy environment and help children develop confidence through gymnastics-based programs.

You will oversee programs to maintain high standards and contribute to ongoing training and evaluation of fellow team members.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be energetic and love working with kids.
• Background in child development, PE, and/or gymnastics helps.
• Open to being a goofball and giving high fives.

• Oversee the full of breadth offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met
• Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members

Salary range: $55,000.00 to $57,000.00 with opportunities for bonus plan. PTO, Personal Time, Sick time and Health Insurance.
