Job summary

The Little Gym International in Newnan, GA is seeking an energetic Gymnastics Coach to deliver high-quality classes and train new instructors. You will also handle front desk duties, enrollments, and foster a welcoming, family-like atmosphere for our members.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with kids, thrive in a busy, fun environment, and are eager to contribute to ongoing training and program standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach gymnastics classes following the proven curriculum and mentor instructors.
• Create and implement training plans for new hires; run spotting workshops.
• Manage front desk tasks, enrollment and memberships when not coaching.
• Provide outstanding customer service and deliver a family-like experience for members.
• Oversee programs to maintain high standards of The Little Gym International.
• Lead training and evaluation of team members.

Job Summary

• Coach amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method and train our instructors to do the same! Protect program quality by ensuring all classes are aligned with the franchise model.
• Build and execute training plans for new hires. Lead spotting workshops for new hires.
• Operate the front desk when not coaching, and manage enrollment & memberships.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Oversee the full of breadth offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met
• Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members.
