Job summary

The Little Gym of Newnan seeks an energetic coach to lead gymnastics classes aligned with our proven curriculum and teaching methods, while helping train new instructors to uphold program quality. We value enthusiasm and a love for kids, and we encourage a fun, high-energy work environment.

In addition to coaching, you’ll operate the front desk, handle enrollments and memberships, and provide outstanding customer service that makes families feel like part of the team.

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps.

Responsibilities

• Coach gymnastics classes based on our curriculum and teach our methods.
• Train new hires and lead spotting workshops.
• Operate the front desk and manage enrollments & memberships.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a family-like experience for members.

Job Summary:

• Coach amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method and train our instructors to do the same! Protect program quality by ensuring all classes are aligned with the franchise model.
• Build and execute training plans for new hires. Lead gymnastics spotting workshops for new hires.
• Operate the front desk when not coaching, and manage enrollment & memberships.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Oversee the full of breadth offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met
• Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members.
