Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Manager to lead cultivation operations across sites, coordinating with multiple departments and serving as a key link between site operations and corporate resources.

The role requires coordinating with the Facility Director and Director of Cultivation, managing a cultivation team, and ensuring adherence to growth protocols while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years commercial agriculture/manufacturing experience, cannabis cultivation strongly preferred.
• 3+ years managing an hourly workforce.
• Strong leadership and business sense required.
• Experience with various grow mediums and irrigation methods.
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Knowledge of crop management, plant diseases, pests, and health.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cultivation tasks and document activities.
• Manage day-to-day cultivation operations, including environmental monitoring and control systems.
• Lead and train cultivation team of agents and supervisors.
• Maintain SOPs and KPIs for cultivation.
• Train staff on products, policies, and regulatory changes.
• Delegate tasks and conduct weekly inventory checks to keep a compliant facility.
• Ensure adherence to cultivation procedures and nutrient protocols; report results to leadership.
• Develop and improve cultivation processes in coordination with the department.
