Winterset CSD: The Head JH/HS Building Custodian leads the custodial team to provide a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment at Winterset High School in Winterset, Iowa. Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize, organize, and accomplish assigned work.
• Must clear criminal and child abuse background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, training commensurate with position desired.
• Preferred experience in school custodial services or related experience.
• Preferred past supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the building custodial team to maintain a clean, safe, and attractive learning environment.
• Direct daily cleaning procedures for classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Inspect facilities and coordinate necessary repairs and safety measures.
• Open/close building and secure facilities; supervise maintenance tasks and supplies.
