Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated aptitude for the successful completion of tasks.
• Experience with school custodial services or the equivalent in custodial service in other institutions and/or firms.
• Certificate of good health signed by a licensed physician.
• Physical capability to perform tasks involving kneeling, bending, or twisting; maintaining balance; repetitive motions; standing for extended periods; handling objects; lifting 50–75 pounds.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Completes tasks as assigned both inside the buildings and out to keep buildings and premises neat, clean, and safe for occupants and visitors.
• Sweeping, mopping, cleaning, and dusting; washing windows; mowing and weed eating; painting.
