Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage opening and closing of the building daily and secure doors and lights.
• Keep buildings, sidewalks, drives, and play areas clean at all times.
• Maintain mechanical systems and perform routine maintenance.
• Regulate climate controls for appropriate temperatures and energy efficiency.
• Assist during events and support custodial staff as directed by the principal.
• Report major repairs to building principal via maintenance requests.
