instructions. Must possess a CT motor vehicle operator's license and

have possession of a dependable motor vehicle. Ability to assign and

check work of subordinates and to train and instruct employees in

building cleaning operations. Ability to maintain accurate records and

prepare reports. Considerable experience in building custodial and

maintenance work, including some supervisory experience preferred.
