This 12-month position runs from 3:00pm to 11:00pm, Monday through Friday, with a night differential and benefits. Immediate starting date; reports to Custodial Supervisor; supervision of staff, training, and coordination of custodial operations included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months custodial experience.
• Criminal background check required for hire.
• English language skills - Oral and written communication, interpersonal relations, supervisory skills, basic math.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and inspects facilities to maintain sanitary, safe environments.
• Supervises custodial staff and coordinates daily activities.
• Plans and schedules custodial work for daily activities and events.
• Responds to safety and operational concerns and monitors building systems.
