Job summary

DTNA is seeking a hands-on technician in Byesville, OH to disassemble S60 and HDEP heads in our remanufacturing process. You will use tools, read drawings and BOMs, and maintain quality head cores in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform repetitive hand manipulation and use power tools.
• Able to stand on concrete for long shifts with lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must maintain a clean work area and follow safety rules.
• Meet quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Cross train on other jobs as required.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform physically demanding manufacturing duties, including repetitive processes, lifting, and following standardized work.
• Log, disassemble, and inspect head cores for quality and safety.
• Help improve work area for safety, quality, attendance, productivity, and throughput.
• Disassemble head components for heavy-duty trucks.
• Access company data via computer systems and use drawings, BOMs, and specs.
• Operate tools and equipment including computers, hoists, torches, pallet jacks, presses, and air tools.
