Daimler Truck North America is hiring for a 1st Shift S60 Headline – Assembler / Disassembler L3 in Byesville, OH. This onsite full-time role involves prepping and assembling heavy-duty truck cylinder heads using established remanufacturing processes, performing quality inspections, and using hand and air tools.

Qualifications

Must be capable of repetitive hand manipulation and grasping power tools.
Must stand on concrete for entire shift with bending, stooping, twisting, lifting up to 45 pounds.
Read and follow Workstation Instructions; participate in safety and process improvements.

Responsibilities

Operate assembly tools and equipment for S50/S60 cylinder head prep and assembly.
Identify components by part numbers and drawings; ensure quality per standards.
Maintain clean work area; support safety and productivity improvements.
Use computer systems to access BOMs and specifications; read drawings and sheets.
Cross-train on other jobs as needed.
