Job summary

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is seeking a Cook to join our team in Tonawanda, NY. The role involves preparing breakfast and lunch/dinner for plant employees, with a Monday–Friday shift from 5:00am to 2:00pm, while maintaining high sanitary standards.

The position requires prior head chef/sous chef experience, ability to work quickly under pressure, and ServSafe certification is preferred. We offer medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401k with match, and paid time off.

• Prior experience preparing hot foods and making sandwiches.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain compliance with health department standards.
• Responsible for beginning and ending shifts on time, working well under pressure, and meeting food cost targets. Will be preparing meals for breakfast and lunch/dinner for plant employees.
• Maintaining sanitary conditions and cleanliness is a must.
• Creative and hardworking professionals who are committed to the success of our company and themselves.
• Ordering supplies and product for service.
• ServSafe Certified.

Shift:

• Monday to Friday 5:00am - 2:00pm

Pay: $30.00/hr.
