Job summary

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is hiring a Head Cook to prepare breakfast and lunch/dinner for plant employees in a fast-paced setting. You will manage shift start/end times, maintain sanitation, and help control food costs while ordering supplies as needed.

Requires Head Chef or Sous Chef experience, ability to work under pressure, and ServSafe certification. Company offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, and PTO.

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking a Cook to join our team!

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Head Chef/Sous Chef experience preferred.
• Prior experience preparing hot foods and making sandwiches.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain compliance with health department standards.
• Responsible for beginning and ending shifts on time, working well under pressure, and meeting food cost targets. Will be preparing meals for breakfast and lunch/dinner for plant employees.
• Maintaining sanitary conditions and cleanliness is a must.
• Creative and hardworking professionals who are committed to the success of our company and themselves.
• Ordering supplies and product for service.
• ServSafe Certified.

Shift:

• Monday to Friday 5:00am - 2:00pm

Pay:

$30.00/hr.
