We're helping a our client fill a new Head of their Commercial Banking division. The role, reporting to the CLO, would be responsible for running their commercial banking business with the goal of expanding it fivefold within the next five years. Accordingly, they are looking for a visionary leader with experience either as a community bank president, commercial banking market president, or C-suite.

Candidates must have:

• Previous experience as a community bank president; or as a commercial banking market president, C-suite, or equivalent.
• Ability to work most days per week in Jacksonville, FL. Generous relocation assistance provided.
