Paterson Public School District 051 EAST SIDE HIGH SCHOOL - PATERSON, New Jersey is seeking a Head Coach Strength & Conditioning for the winter season. Eligible candidates must hold NJ Teacher's or Substitute Teacher certificates and meet CPR/AED and wellness-certification requirements.

The role requires daily availability during the winter season, completion of required certifications, and a stipend of $3,157.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Teacher's Certificate OR Substitute Teacher Certificate; proof of experience required for substitute certificate holder
• Coaching experience preferred, but not required
• Must be available daily during the WINTER sports season
• Must be certified in CPR and AED, and holding a current certificate in both
• Must obtain a "Concussion Awareness and Wellness" certificate or its equivalent, renewed annually
• Must Obtain a "Heat Acclimatization Awareness and Wellness" certificate or it's equivalent, renewed annually
• All new coaches will have one year after being hired to successfully complete a course in "Sports First Aid"
• Meet such alternatives to above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable
