Job summary

Rally House is seeking a Head Coach to lead store performance, culture, and guest experience in Cranberry Township. You will build a high-performing team, set priorities, and drive sales while maintaining the brand standards across operations, merchandising, and service.

You will develop talent, manage performance, and own accountability for outcomes, including events and local market initiatives, with a focus on guest satisfaction and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail.
• 2+ years of store management and leadership experience.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with open availability including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events
