The head men’s and women’s swimming & diving coach leads and directs an intercollegiate NCAA Division III S&D program. Responsibilities include program vision, planning, coaching, instruction, financial management, recruitment, supervision of assistant coaches, team leadership, student-athlete recruitment and retention, fundraising, and compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.
The projected salary for this position is $62,587.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, proven coaching success at collegiate/high school/club level, proficiency in relevant software, lifeguard and pool operator certifications, preferred ASCA Level III certification, knowledge of recruiting and meet software, social media skills, experience in Division III environment is preferred.
