An established industry player in collegiate athletics is seeking an Assistant Coach to support the Head Coach in managing the athletic program. This dynamic role involves recruiting and mentoring student-athletes, preparing scouting materials, and coordinating team logistics. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of Division 1 coaching experience. The Assistant Coach assists the Head Coach with managing the athletic program, recruiting, mentoring student-athletes, preparing scouting materials, assisting with film exchange, practice planning, team travel, equipment management, sport camps, visiting team arrangements, statistical data, supervision of personnel, community service, representation at events, fundraising, media requests, and compliance with NCAA, conference, and university rules.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or higher plus two years of Division 1 coaching experience. The position requires background checks, a valid driver’s license, and operating a motor vehicle.

Salary range: $35,600 - $500,000.
