Job summary

Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group is seeking a Head Coach to lead the Artist Coaching team and ensure safety and high-level performance across acrobatic acts. You will align with the Director of Coaching and Governance standards while driving training quality and risk management.

The role requires extensive experience in group management, Olympic-level readiness principles, and strong English communication. US work authorization is mandatory and Office tools proficiency is assumed.

Qualifications

  • Degree in physical activity sciences or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 years of group management and training planning experience.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of another language is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Excellent communication and diverse-management skills.
  • Eligible to work in the United States (I-9 verification).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure supervision and safety of Artists as Head Coach and lead the Coaching team.
  • Partner with Performance Medicine to implement Injury Risk Reduction strategies.
  • Follow Governance and Standards from the Director of Coaching.
  • Create and maintain artist-centered training plans and readiness assessments.
  • Oversee training content and ensure high-quality acrobatic performances.
  • Lead regular coaching team meetings and drive professional development.
