Job summary

D1 Training - Sandy Springs is seeking a Head Coach who will own the coaching product end to end, including athletes, staff, retention, and revenue metrics. You will run group and 1:1 sessions, shaping energy, culture, and outcomes with a data-driven mindset.

You’ll be measured on retention, re-ups, class utilization, and KPI progress. This role requires coaching leadership, strong organization, and a willingness to own outcomes across the division.

Qualifications

• 3+ years coaching, personal training, or sports performance experience.
• Certification required: CSCS, NASM, USAW, or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certified, or willing to obtain before start.
• Prior experience in gym, studio, or franchise environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• The floor: coaching group sessions and 1:1 training weekly, setting energy and standards.
• The members: know them by name and goals, lead graduation check-ins and progress discussions.
• Retention: monitor engagement, re-engage at risk members, reduce churn.
